What results will I get?

This program will introduce you to calisthenics. You will learn everything you need to know about bodyweight training and get step-by-step guidance on how to train  You will get functionally strong and mobile, and build the solid foundation that you need before moving to more advanced calisthenics skills.

What makes this course different?

The unique approach of our coach Mattia coupled with science-based methodology (progressive overload, RIR scale) and 15 years of training experience makes it the most effective calisthenics program you can find.

Can I use the program if I can’t do pull-ups or push-ups?
Yes, you can! Our program is divided into 5 levels of difficulty and uses methods such as RIR scale which makes it adjustable to your current fitness level. I couldn't do any push-ups and pull-ups when I was starting out - Darek
Is there any support?
Yes of course! By getting our program you will be provided with the support of our coach Mattia and get access to a private Facebook group where you can ask him and other members about anything training-related. We’ll make sure to answer all questions you may have and help you out.
