It is one of the most enjoyable skill to perform! You can do it basically anywhere without any equipment needed! No age/height/shape requirements! Yes, you can! Our program is divided into 5 levels of difficulty and uses methods such as RIR scale which makes it adjustable to your current fitness level. I couldn't do any push-ups and pull-ups when I was starting out - Darek
