Healthy over 40
The goal of this program is to introduce you to calisthenics and prove that it is possible to get in the best shape of your life even in your 40s, 50s or 60s. The program is divided into 3 main phases: Mobility & Adaptation, Conditioning, and Strengthening.

Beginner System
This system will teach you to master all basic exercises, providing you with the knowledge to acquire superhuman strength, rarely seen in the real world. Our informative videos and 5 LEVEL system is a complete course teaching you to master all the basics of calisthenics.

Intermediate System
This system will let you master all calisthenics beginner/intermediate exercises. This will get you prepared for new paths in calisthenics: skills training/weighted calisthenics/endurance.

Mobility System
Like most adults, are you lacking mobility in your shoulders, hamstrings, and/or hips? Our calisthenics mobility system will unlock your full range of motion and the flexibility required to reach peak physical performance. Our methods will bring you the results you have always strived towards.

Freestyle Calisthenics
Have you ever wondered how calisthenics athletes are able to literally fly on the bars and throw all these crazy skills? Our Dynamics System featuring two world-class freestyle athletes, provides you with tips, tricks, techniques, and training methods that these professionals used when they were starting out.

90 Day Transformation Challenge
Programs in this challenge are made in a way that basically everyone, who wants to focus on improving physique will find it effective. Each program is 30 day long! Thanks to provided exercise alternatives you will be able to match the exercises with your experience level. So don’t worry if you can't do a pull up yet you'll get there.
