How it works?

1.
Week 1

We start off by assessing your mobility and flexibility level and tell you exactly where to start based on your performance. It doesn't matter whether you're a complete beginner or experienced.

2.
Week 2

We start off with introductory workouts to master scapula positions, and learn about breathing, stretching, and mobility methods. With these easy-to-follow lessons, you'll be ready to start the program the right way.

3.
Week 3-7

We start with the first mobility program, where you’ll learn how to perform each exercise, along with its easier and harder variations. As you meet the requirements for the next level, we progress to new positions. By the end, you can expect to achieve a standing bent-over position.

4.
Week 7-14

At this point, we focus mainly on improving overhead and hip mobility. You’ll engage in targeted exercises designed to increase the range of motion and flexibility in your shoulders and hips. Each week, we’ll introduce progressively challenging movements, ensuring that you build strength and stability.

5.
Week 15

By the end of week 15, you’ll notice significant improvements in your ability to perform overhead activities and hip movements with ease and confidence. To verify your new range of motion you'll re-do mobility tests.

Yes of course! By getting our program you will be provided with the support of our coach Mattia and get access to a private Facebook group where you can ask him and other members about anything training-related. We’ll make sure to answer all questions you may have and help you out.
