Why is mobility so important?
Throughout these years I’ve noticed that most people, including beginners and advanced athletes, seem to neglect mobility and flexibility in their training.
“It’s not worth my time”

There are THREE major areas of your body that NEED regular mobility & flexibility training the most:
- Shoulder mobility is key in calisthenics training. It’s necessary for movements such as handstands, overhead presses, pike push-ups, and many more. Your shoulders and rotator cuffs are at the most risk of injuries since you use them in almost every calisthenics exercise.
- If you sit for prolonged periods of time during the day, your hip flexors shorten, and your muscles get tight. Lack of hip mobility limits your range of motion which might cause performing exercises like squats incorrectly and put extra strain on your back muscles.
- Lack of hamstring mobility might also cause lower back pain since it’s closely related to your hips and other parts of your lower body. Hamstring mobility and flexibility are crucial in exercises like l-sits, and handstand presses. It also helps you to perform daily tasks, such as walking upstairs and bending over with ease.

How it works?
Week 1
We start off by assessing your mobility and flexibility level and tell you exactly where to start based on your performance. It doesn't matter whether you're a complete beginner or experienced.
Week 2
We start off with introductory workouts to master scapula positions, and learn about breathing, stretching, and mobility methods. With these easy-to-follow lessons, you'll be ready to start the program the right way.
Week 3-7
We start with the first mobility program, where you’ll learn how to perform each exercise, along with its easier and harder variations. As you meet the requirements for the next level, we progress to new positions. By the end, you can expect to achieve a standing bent-over position.
Week 7-14
At this point, we focus mainly on improving overhead and hip mobility. You’ll engage in targeted exercises designed to increase the range of motion and flexibility in your shoulders and hips. Each week, we’ll introduce progressively challenging movements, ensuring that you build strength and stability.
Week 15
By the end of week 15, you’ll notice significant improvements in your ability to perform overhead activities and hip movements with ease and confidence. To verify your new range of motion you'll re-do mobility tests.
