Working hard on your fitness goals is something that we preach. But there is a huge difference between working hard and working TOO HARD.

 

Pushing way beyond the optimal intensity and volume is in the best case counterproductive.

 

Excessive training won’t make you lose much fat faster and it’s not sustainable in the long run.

How it works?

1.
Week 1

We start off by assessing your mobility and strength level and tell you exactly where to start based on your performance. We will go through body measurements, help you find out nutrition starting point and keep you motivated for next weeks.

2.
Week 2

We start off with introduction workouts to master scapula positions, learn about hollowbody position and proper core muscles engagement to execute all exercises properly.

3.
Week 3-7

We start with the first workout program. You will know exactly how to perform each exercise, as well as its easier and harder variations. When you meet the next level's requirements, we move forward to the next program.

4.
Week 7-11

You will gradually increase the intensity of workouts by incorporating more challenging exercises. The focus will be on integrating strength training with mobility exercises to enhance overall performance, with visible improvements in body control, flexibility, and functional strength, emphasizing compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously.

5.
Week 11-15

Third workout program is going to continue for atleast 4 weeks. By this time you'll notice first body improvements, more confidence in exercises and strength improvement.

6.
Week 16

It's a time to update your measurements, check new strength level and mobility for comprehensive summary of your achievements. This will provide us valuable insights into your progress and guide our next steps toward achieving your workout goals.
