About Course

Beginner System is a tool that is designed for beginners taking their first steps in calisthenics. Don’t worry if you can’t perform any pull-ups or push-ups yet! We will provide you with easy-to-follow routines that will get you to 12 pull-ups and 30 push-ups in perfect form. Our system can be also used by beginners who struggle with getting more than 10 pull-ups and 30 push-ups. The system consists of five difficulty LEVELS that can be matched to your current strength level.

You are new to bodyweight training

We will provide you with a clear training system that will be matched to your starting level. The routines you will be provided with are going to indicate the exact number of repetitions and sets to perform. All exercises are presented in videos so that you know how to perform them properly.
