What is the goal of Beginner Program?

The goal of the Beginner System is to teach you how you can develop a solid foundation of strength
through mastery of basic calisthenics exercises. Watch your body change and avoid the
most common beginner mistakes as we guide you along your calisthenics evolution.

Can I use this program if I can't do pull ups or push ups?

Yes! Divided into five levels of difficulty, our program will lead you from a total beginner to an
intermediate calisthenics athlete.

How will I access the program?

After you purchase our programs, an individual account will be created for you. All content is
provided on a modern online platform.

What equipment do you need?

While creating the program, we have limited the necessary equipment to minimum! All you need is a pull-up bar and a dip station (or gymnastic rings, which take less space). All can be found in your local street workout park, gym or you can get them for your home. All of that allows you to do a proper workout, that enables all muscle groups. Remember that we are talking about our health, physique, and happiness – so it is always worth to invest in yourself.

How does the program work?

You will get lifetime access to our platform. The Beginner System is divided into five
microcycles, each of which should be used for four to six weeks. Depending on your starting
point and pace of progress, the system can be used for a duration of three to eight months. You will be mostly doing a Full Body Workout, 3-4 times per week. Each workout is around 1-1.5 hour.

Will this program change my body?

Yes, of course! Our program is not only going to help you improve your technique, strength
and mobility, but also grow your muscles! Getting shredded or bulking, our system can be
used to achieve both with the right calorie intake.
